Operating Sessions Library

Operating Sessions Library

I have been very fortunate to have participated in many model railroad operating sessions over the years.  The events are often a great collection of fellow modelers and models each with their own character.  The operating session is the ultimate goal of most model railroaders with many, many years of crafting, networking, and learning going into the final stage, cast, and script.  The operating session is the final Broadway Production of our model railroads.

Beginning with an operating session I attended on the Michigan Interstate in January 2015, I will attempt to chronicle in this library a photo album and notes from each subsequent operating session that I am able to participate in.  Unfortunately I have forgotten many of the details and lessons learned from past operating sessions; however, others have published reports on them.  As I come across these older notes I intend to add them to this library.
